WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Mindful Cleaning Co. LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company (“Mindful Cleaning,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at mindfulcleaningnh.com and any related pages, booking or inquiry forms, and content (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site. These Terms govern use of the Site only. Cleaning services purchased from Mindful Cleaning are governed by the separate Cleaning Services Agreement and Terms and Conditions provided at the time of booking.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Site is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES
The Site provides information about Mindful Cleaning’s residential and commercial cleaning services in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and allows you to submit inquiries and booking requests. Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not create a binding service commitment; a cleaning engagement is formed only when Mindful Cleaning accepts the request and the applicable service terms are agreed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
3. USER CONDUCT
When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity;
• Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users’ accounts or data, or any systems or networks connected to the Site;
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, monitor, or copy the Site or its content without our prior written permission;
• Collect or harvest information about other users;
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene,hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property or other rights of Mindful Cleaning or any third party; or Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating your access to the Site, against anyone who violates these Terms.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 Our Content
All content on the Site, including but not limited to the “Mindful Cleaning Co.” name and logo, text, graphics, photographs, images, page layouts, designs, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Company Content”), is owned by or licensed to Mindful Cleaning and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mindful Cleaning grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non- commercial purposes of learning about and requesting our services. This license does not permit you to download (other than page caching), modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Company Content without our prior written consent.
4.3 Trademarks
“Mindful Cleaning Co.,” the Mindful Cleaning logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of Mindful Cleaning. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Other names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
4.4 Feedback
If you submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback about the Site or our services, you grant Mindful Cleaning a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, forms, or services that are not owned or controlled by Mindful Cleaning, including hosting, form, and scheduling providers. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL COMPANY CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. MINDFUL CLEANING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MINDFUL CLEANING OR ITS MEMBER, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mindful Cleaning and its member, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Belknap County, New Hampshire, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mindful Cleaning regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
